Another popular blog category is the corporate blog. This specific blog is for organizations to use to enhance communication between its employees and its clients. It produces a different company culture than most businesses are used to. The blog gives the company the ability to show their customers, clients and future employees who they are and why they should hire them or buy from their company. A corporate blog is also a great way to share advice in the company’s field that the public would not know or could not receive elsewhere. Corporate blogs are used to enhance relationships and strength the strategic marketing of the business.
The last blog is called the genre blog. This is not a specific kind of blog like the previous blogs. Instead, a genre blog focuses on a hobby, subject, feeling or movement. For example, a genre blog would be about politics, travel, home repair, education, niche, projects, fashion, music, classical music and legal advice. The two most common genre blogs are art and music. There are also blogs about motherhood and family life. It is a great way to find the answers to questions about how to deal with the terrible twos and how to discipline teenagers.
Most social network sites such as Facebook or Twitter do offer the ability for their users to blog. Other popular blog arenas are WordPress and Blogger. You can also create your own web domain and blog in that manner.
